Key resultCMS-driven project pages

CultBureau designed a photography-led site for architecture studio RISE 15/11, and I built it in Webflow. It has custom GSAP animations and CMS-driven project pages the studio updates on its own.

The brief

RISE 15/11 is an interdisciplinary architecture and interior design studio: architectural concepts, commercial spaces and bespoke residential interiors, from a residence on the French Riviera to a hotel and a perfume store. In this business, the portfolio is the sales pitch. A potential client judges the studio by how its projects look on screen.

The visual direction and the approved Figma design came from the creative agency CultBureau. My job was to turn that design into a responsive, production-ready Webflow website, without losing any of its character along the way.

The problem: motion that serves the architecture

Editorial, image-led designs are easy to ruin in development. Large photography has to stay sharp without making the site heavy, layouts drawn for a wide desktop have to hold up on a phone, and the animations have to feel calm and deliberate. Too much motion and the site starts competing with the buildings it is supposed to show.

The studio also adds new projects over time, so every project page had to come from content, not from hand-built pages.

The build

  1. Figma to Webflow, faithfully. The layout, typography and spacing built as designed, with a reusable component structure so every page stays consistent.
  2. Responsive, not just shrunk. The editorial layouts adapted for desktop, tablet and mobile, so the photography still leads on a small screen.
  3. Custom GSAP animation. Custom animations written in GSAP, together with Webflow interactions, tuned to support the visual storytelling rather than distract from it.
  4. CMS-driven project pages. Each project is a Webflow CMS item with its own dynamic page, so the studio publishes new work by filling in a form.
  5. Tested on real devices. Cross-device QA on desktop, tablet and phones before launch.

Easy for the team

Adding a new project doesn’t need a developer or a designer. The studio fills in the CMS fields and uploads the photos, and the template builds the page with the same layout and motion as the rest of the site.

The result

A calm, image-first portfolio that matches the approved design, works on every screen size and is easy for the studio to keep up to date. It launched in 2026 and is live at rise15-11.com.

Working with a design studio?

This is a typical partnership for me: the agency owns the design, I build it pixel-accurate and hand it over ready to run. If that is how your studio works, see development for agencies. For your own project, take a look at Figma to website and Webflow development.
